Social media and content
In the sporting events of the FitKid speciality of the Spanish DanceSport Federation – FEBD, communication is carried out in social networks based creating and posting current, visual and interesting content. In the days before and during the event, communication is coordinated through different ways.
The first, managing the community and encouraging interaction, as well as publishing dynamic content and information of interest regarding the championship. At the event itself, images and videos of the atmosphere and competitors are captured in different formats. This material is posted in an active timing and using a language adapted to social platforms, seeking the reach and interaction of the audience.
The content published is made with the event’s unique tone in order to increase its visibility online. A coherent aesthetic is used in various formats (designs, photographs and videos). Through quality communication, an increase of engagement on the organiser’s social networks is obtained, as well as an attractive image of the competition.

WDSF Annual General
Meeting and Forum
Event photography and video
Because of the celebration of the Annual General Meeting 2023 of the WDSF (World DanceSport Federation) in Madrid, we captured videos and photographs for online and press communication of the event.
At the previous Forum a summary video was recorded to communicate the co-organisation of the event by the FEBD. On the day of the AGM, press photos were taken to capture the highlights of the meeting. These images created a complete press pack for the communications needed by both organisers.

Cambrils DanceSport
Social media and content
For the Cambrils DanceSport dance event, held annually in Cambrils, Spain, we carry out the communication on social platforms. It starts with the development of a content strategy that conveys the elegant and attractive image of this competition. To achieve this, specific and custom content is created, in order to meet the communicative objectives of each season.
Prior to the event and using Cambrils DanceSport’s own graphic line, the necessary informative posts are designed. We also plan the posting of visual and dynamic content such as photographs and videos of dancing and atmosphere. The communicative tone is adapted to the language of social media, using English as the main language to reach an international audience.
On competition days, on-the-spot content creation is a key focus. Following social media trends, short, eye-catching videos are recorded and edited and photographs of the atmosphere and athletes are captured to tell the competition in a visual and exciting way.
Community management (resolving doubts, responding to comments, encouraging interaction) is a fundamental pillar in the general strategy carried out before and during the competition. Through quality communication, a digital presence and an attractive image of the event is transmitted.

Latinoamericana
Fashion Catwalk
Event photography and video
In collaboration with Pasarela Latinoamericana, photographs and video of the event were taken, including backstage scenes, for communication to tv, press and social platforms. Moments of preparation, photoshoot of the stylings and the final catwalk were captured for the designers Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Maison Mesa and Fabian da Silva (Fauvè). The resulting video was broadcast on the RTVE programme Flash Moda as a summary of the event.

Communication at Spanish Championships
For several years we have been working together with the FEBD in the communication of the events that include Spanish DanceSport Championships’. In these events we communicate in a dynamic and updated way what happens during the event and on the dancefloor, as well as transmitting important information and showing images that captivate our followers.
During the events we take DanceSport photographs and videos and manage the social networks of the Spanish Federation. Communications in their own, branded style, striking photographs and dynamic short videos are combined with actions to attract audience, such as event tickets’ giveaways.
